ART SPECIFICATIONS
  • Instructions for where to send art will appear after checkout. Send logo, PMS colors via email.
  • Maximum logo width 10", height 7".
  • Send .jpeg or .EPS files at the actual imprint size. Specify all colors as PMS. Screen imprinting uses PMS colors only. If PMS colors are not specified, we will have to guess and will not be held responsible for results.
  • TIPS: Gradations do not print. Color is either 'on' or 'off'. A strong color contrast is recommended. For this reason, many customers order white knockout on dark fabrics for high impact.
SHIPPING TIME:
Usually Ships about 5-10 business days after art approval. If you need sooner, just ask.

FAQ: How long will it take to get my order? Our process is to first deliver a proof with your logo. After approval, then production begins. The whole process can take 1-2 weeks for in-stock orders. However, if you're a rush, just let us know. We can almost always accommodate faster service without a rush charge.

Can I order just one umbrella? If you need a sample to review for quality, individual purchases of a single umbrella of whatever is on hand can be arranged.

Can I order imprinting on more than one panel? Yes, customers can order imprinting on as many panels as needed; additional fees may apply.

Can I have a 2,3 or 4 color logo with the minimum order? Yes. Contact us for a custom quote.

Can I mix umbrella colors? Subject to review for pricing, and increments of 25 per color.

Do you offer special prices to hotels, resorts, and wholesale resellers? Yes, contact us for a custom quote.
