Send .jpeg or .EPS files at the actual imprint size.
Specify
all colors as PMS. Screen imprinting uses PMS colors only. If PMS
colors are not specified, we will have to guess and will not be held
responsible for results.
A proof will be delivered via email prior to production.
TIPS:
Gradations do not print. Color is either 'on' or 'off'. A strong color
contrast is recommended. For this reason, many customers order white
knockout on dark fabrics.

FAQ:
Can I order just one umbrella with customization? No. For first time ordering, the minimum is 24; for re-orders, the minimum is 12.
Can I order imprinting on more than one panel? Yes,
customers can order imprinting on 1 more panel. To order additional
panels with the SAME imprint, add product code CUSTOM-LOGO-WB to your
order, and include the quantity of units. To order additional panels
with a different imprint, Order CUSTOM-LOGO-WB-MIN for each logo to
imprint. Order CUSTOM-LOGO-WB for each unit ordered. (These items will
appear in the accessories window). Or call us for a custom quote.
Can I have a 2,3 or 4 color logo with 24 unit order? Yes. Contact us for a custom quote.
What other options are there to customize umbrella's? With
factory orders there are some additional customizing options, including
the fabric color. Factory orders have a 144 unit minimum, and
increments of 24 units required. Your factory order for Windbrella’s
includes any of the following:
- custom butt (bottom circle of handle)
- custom embroidered close strap
- custom imprint on sheath (same as panel but small)
- up to 4 color logo on panel
- please provide PMS colors & high res image for all logo placements
- artwork proofs
- shipping

Each umbrella is shipped with Windbrella limited warranty hang tags and
a sheath, all enclosed in a clear plastic cover for your distribution.
Do you make private label umbrella's? Yes. All of the above factory order information applies. Additionally, custom hang tags can be printed. Contact us for pricing.
Can I get a custom color umbrella with a factory order? Yes.
The best solution is to pick another in-stock fabric color not
advertised here. Please send us your PMS color and we'll check
availability for a match or close match option.
Can I mix umbrella colors? Yes.
If your logo can imprint with the same set-up (the same screen
imprinting logo colors), there is no additional fee. For factory orders,
increments of 24 per color are required. Additionally, additional fees
will apply for screen imprinting color changes.
Do you offer special prices to hotels and resorts? Yes
This item does not have live inventory and sometimes runs out of stock. While we make every effort to be accurate, a phone order could buy out the entire stock and we're not aware of it until later.
