How are they customized? Is it engraved, screened?
It’s not a traditional screen print. We use a laser marking or etching process, depending on the product. Medical, aerospace, telecommunications, electronics and industrial firms use laser marking where permanent marking is required, such as for serialized parts.

What is cost to customize? 1 location free, black or shades thereof.

What colors can I print? Permanent marking is black and shades thereof- silver, greys, gold. All other methods require 'adding on' to the item, therefore may not be as permanent. Etching exposes the stainless color underneath.

Are there size limitations? Varies by product.

Can I print on 2 sides? Yes, for an additional fee. For example, a company logo on one side and a product logo or slogan on the other side. Or event sponsor logo and event logo. The corkcicle logo is on every product on the round side (not the flat grip area). Your 2nd side should fit within the area above.

What type of file is needed? Vector art. A transparent logo is required. .bmp. ai or .eps preferred.

Can I mix and match tumbler colors or sizes? Yes, increments of two, overall minimum must be met.
