5 Star for Structural Design 2 Star For Fabric October 7, 2015 Reviewer: Kean F   I am on the fence as to whether or not I can reccommend this umbrella. While the structural design of the umbrella is bar none one of the best, I can not negate the fact that the fabric is NOT completely water proof as it should be. The fabric actually gets saturated with water and the underside gets wet also. Not to mention I can feel water coming through the umbrella. So i've spent $45 on a umbrella that I expected to be superior but now I'm going to spend another 4 dollars purchasing rain repellant to spray on the umbrella. CEOGOLFSHOP RESPONSE: Kean- I'm really surprised. We've sold many 1000's of this exact unit and never had a single complaint of water coming through. In 11 years, we've had two warranty claims for the entire line of products from Windbrella. The fabric does get wet. Don't all umbrellas'? I live in Florida with torrential rain and I've never had water come through the fabric, including one I've had for over 12 years. I just was in North Carolina for a two day golf tournament, the EWGA Cup, 10 days ago. You may have heard about the non-stop rain and flooding on the national news.  My umbrella (brought a brand new one with me) was in use the whole time and I never had an issue. The repellant idea would void the warranty. Further, we have no record of anyone with your name as a customer. As such, I don't know if you have a real Windbrella or not, or if this is even a real review (it was submitted 2X). I'm not aware of any fakes in the market, but many have tried to copy them and they vigorously defend their patents worldwide. Windbrella is the best! March 18, 2009 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from OHIO   This is the only umbrella I've ever owned that did not fall apart from the wind. I lost mine and I've bought at least 5 umbrella's this year that have torn apart or they constantly blow inside out in the wind. I'm glad I finally found a place that sells Windbrella's! Great gift for executives November 8, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Illinois   Thank you for making the changes needed for our logo. The size you recommended was perfect. It was a rush project and our board members loved them! I highly recommend this umbrella and CEOGOLFSHOP if you need to buy custom umbrella's.
