Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
  If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer flat rate ground shipping for $5 for most products . Alternative shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. There you can enter your zip code and see rates based on different Shipping Method choices.
When will my order ship?
  GENERAL SHIPPING TIME GUIDELINES: Delivery date= one business day processing + estimated time to ship (varies by product) + shipping days. For rush orders, please open a chat or call (800-CEO-1899).
Whenever possible, we ship same day for rush orders, but there are no guarantees without prior confirmation. INVENTORY NOTE: We do not maintain live inventory on all items. We use a combination of in-house inventory and drop shipping. It's virtually impossible to be 100% accurate with the 5000+ products we have in our store. We strive for the best and apologize in advance if an item is later determined to be out of stock.
Do you ship to my country? What are the costs?
  We ship to USA and all US military bases. International orders will require extra identity verification step for fraud protection before we ship. (no hotmail, aol, gmail or similar accounts). We ship to France, Switzerland, UK, Germany, Scotland, Ireland. if you use your corporate email and address, your order will ship faster. For other areas, please contact us.

For Canadian orders, customers will be sent packages with duties to be paid by the recipient.  You can go to to estimate shipping and duty fees.

For ROUGH ESTIMATING ONLY. 2008-  $400 in apparel = about $74 in duties.
Fedex International Economy =  $75-125, depending on your area. Rural areas receive a surcharge. Customers are charged actual Fedex fees, less any amount paid on the original order, at the time we receive our Fedex or other carrier bill.

International customers agree to pay all actual duties, fees, and fedex or other carrier charges, regardless of the amount shown in the shopping cart. International orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of obvious manufacturer defect.

Unless other instructions are provided, please send ALL RETURNS to this address. Sometimes we ship from another warehouse, but returns should all be sent here. Insert a return order form, or at the very least, please indicate your original order number.

Return Policy for Retail Customers:

  • Apparel may be returned for a full refund if in new condition with tags and original packaging. (The shipping box is not needed just the packaging the product came in.)
    • For exchanges, customer pays shipping to return an item and will pay ground shipping for your new exchanged item.
    • If an item is not in new, original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
  • Equipment, including golf clubs, are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee, depending on the brand.
  • Golf balls and all custom items are non-refundable, non-returnable.

Custom imprinted or embroidered items are not returnable, nor refundable. All sales final.

Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged from shipping when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 2 business days of getting your item so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Defective Merchandise: Inspect your merchandise on receipt. Defective items must be reported within 5 business days. (Only one defective item shipped since 2006.) will pay ground shipping both ways for defective items returned in new condition, in original packaging.

We do not accept returns on discontinued or clearance items; these items will be identified in the product description.

Please contact the manufacturer for any manufacturer's warranty issues.

All items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. Sorry, no returns will be accepted past 30 days except Christmas holiday shopping period as noted.

Christmas Ordering:
Orders October 25- December may be exchanged until January 8. This allows you time to shop early for Christmas and have ample time to exchange the item. Standard return inspection policies always apply.

Free Gifts: We sometimes give away FREE gifts with selected products. These are FREE gifts and do not effect the low purchase price of the item. They are FREE and are not refundable, nor are they eligible for replacement should the free gift break. If you return the product you purchased for a refund, you must return the free gift(s) also, or else the free gift retail price will be deducted from any refund owed. We reserve the right to substitute a free gift with another free gift of the same approximate value. Remember - the free gifts are free - you did not pay for them.

If you are return an item that you bought during a free shipping special, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for that item.


If you are receiving a refund, we credit the original card charged within 2 business days and email you a transaction receipt. Technically, the funds are available overnight. However, it's entirely up to your card issuing bank how long before they post the refund to your account. They can take up to 30 days to credit your account, but most will do it within 5 business days. If you believe it's taking too long, call your card issuing bank, give them the transaction # supplied in the email and complain. You will see the transaction as or Schantz Inc. on your statement.

Return Authorization Policy for damaged or defective goods:
Return authorization # is required. WARNING: DO NOT just return without proper authorization! We need to give you the correct address to return your item(s) to. Following these procedures will result in a smooth and painless transaction, and speed up your refund or exchange considerably.

Non-Authorized Returns

Damaged or defective items that are shipped back without proper authorization, are subject to special shipping charges.

All shortages must be report to us within 72 hours of delivery. No exceptions.
  Order with Free Shipping by CEOgolfshop.
Add at least $99 (or current minimum which may be lower seasonally) of eligible products to your Shopping Cart. The store will automatically choose free shipping for you or advise how much more you need to buy for free shipping.

Note: 99% of our products will display "FREE Shipping" next to their price. Rarely, some items sold separately qualify independently for the minimum purchase, or don't qualify at all.
How do I return an item?

Customers pay to ship to us. We pay to ship exchanges to you.

All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, except holiday orders.
Holiday Orders October 25- December 24 may be exchanged or refunded until January 8. Shop early for Christmas and have ample time to exchange the item.
- All items must be unworn.
- All Items must be in their original packaging (not the shipping box)
- Tags must be undamaged
- Custom items are non-refundable. Items must be inspected and defects reported within 5 business days due to manufacturer restrictions.

Items that do not meet inspection standards and cannot be resold as NEW, may be partially refunded or store credit issued at the sellers sole discretion.

Report problems within 5 business days. We will issue a call tag to pick up merchandise that arrives defective.

Insert the packing slip or return order form with instructions. To expedite delivery of your replacement item, we recommend you place a new order to guarantee the stock and we'll refund your original order within 1 business day of receipt.
