ART:
- BLOCK TEXT font size is 7.25 point.
- Artwork Specifications
formats supported: .EPS, .TIFF, .JPG 300 dpi or higher with a clear
resolution; Hard copy camera ready artwork color-separated with the colors clearly
marked.
- Order must contain PMS (Pantone) coated spot colors for the
artwork to be printed; If PMS coated spot colors are not supplied, colors will be matched as
close as possible.
- On process (CMYK) logos color match is not guaranteed, however colors
will be matched as close as possible by the factory; Color match will be +/- ½ a shade under natural light.
- Artwork will be printed at maximum size (7/8” Diameter) unless the
artwork is supplied to size requested and instructions are included to
print at a smaller supplied size.
2ND SIDE CUSTOM TEXT:
- 2ND SIDE- maximum 17 characters per line including spaces.
- text is BLOCK TEXT (ALL UPPER CASE).
- Suggestions:
Add your tournament name and date- CALL FOR SPECIAL REDUCED PRICING
- Add a UNIQUE FIRST NAME/ LAST NAME to each dozen (minimum 1 dozen per name)
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX:
- Include PMS colors for logo
- Enter ink color for block text - all balls must be the same; one color ink only- blue, green, red, black. I recommend red since it seems to stick out the most.
- Tournament Specials- must have logo one side, tournament name & date 2nd side. Example: LINE 1 HBA OPEN LINE 2 4/11/2014
- double digit golf balls- enter your ball number in the special instructions box
- 2nd side text- enter text in special instructions box.

SHIPPING
Please allow 2 weeks for all logo golf balls to be delivered. Shipping times vary seasonally and are not guaranteed unless you choose Express shipping for a modest additional cost.
All balls ship direct from the Titleist factory. Tracking on this item is typically unavailable, except for RUSH services.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Payment for custom golf balls is charged at the time of order. Quality is guaranteed. There are no cancellations, refunds or returns. Order defects or factory errors will be replaced if reported within 5 business days of delivery.
MISPRINTS:
- If an order is not accepted for any reason, the factory reserves the right to distribute the product.
- After any order(s) is found to be incorrect, a new order will be placed or a discount may be offered to keep the original order.
- A credit for the original order will not be issued until product is returned. The credit will be for the same product that is returned.
VENDOR SELECTION
Some resellers buy manufacturer golf balls and imprint on demand with their own equipment. PROS: customers can buy lower minimums. CONS: Possible issues with the ink quickly wearing off with just a few club hits, including well struck balls.
For maximum quality, CEOgolfshop only sells golf balls that are imprinted by the manufacturer and then shipped direct to customers.
