How are they customized? Is it engraved, screened?
We use a laser process.
The method varies depending on the type of container. For example, a turquoise unit will have the turquoise layer removed with a laser. Medical, aerospace, telecommunications, electronics and industrial
firms use laser marking where permanent marking is required, such as
for serialized parts.
What colors can I make my logo? Permanent marking is black and shades thereof- silver, greys, gold. All other methods require 'adding on' to the item, therefore may not be as permanent.
Can I use multiple colors? Yes, for an additional fee that can double the cost of a unit.
We’ll need to review art. Complex artwork will incur special set up
charges. Due to the time consuming process and set up time, most
customers use one color.
Are there size limitations? We recommend no larger than 3.25 inches by 1 inc, but we're flexible.
Can I print on 2 sides? Yes, for an additional fee.
For example, a company logo on one side and a product logo or slogan on
the other side. Or event sponsor logo and event logo.
What type of file is needed? Vector art. A transparent logo is required. .bmp, .ai or .eps preferred at FINAL SIZE.
Can I mix and match tumbler colors or sizes? Yes, full case sizes required.
